  3. Packaging, label and carton requirements.
  4. Origin and destination for the agreed delivery plan.
  5. Freight, tax and duty responsibilities, listed explicitly.
  6. Currency, payment terms and quotation validity.

Freight can be discussed.

Compare available shipping options after carton count, dimensions, weight and destination are confirmed. US-stock delivery and new production from China are different quotation routes.

Any freight adjustment will be reflected in the written quotation. No fixed freight rate, duty-paid service or guaranteed arrival date is assumed.
